Why Having A Coach Is Important.

How To Handle Your Fears.

Fear does not go away until you face it. If you allow it, it will grow bigger irrespective of your age and status. Fear kills dreams!Dealing with fear takes a little time to overcome but with constant practice, fear will be removed from your mind.

Is it the fear of making mistakes, fear of imperfection, fear of rejection, fear of failure, fear that bad things will happen, fear of things going wrong, fear of what people will say?  You have to ignore all those fears and move forward.
If you desire a certain thing. And you know getting that thing will bring you fulfilment but you are afraid to take a step, know that your worst enemy has held you bound.

Identify your fears, write them down then check if you really want what you're afraid of. If it is what you want and the result will give you fulfilment, then ignore your fears and prepare well. Take a bold step. Don't let that fear cripple your great dream. Be determined! Decide that you're unstoppable.

Accept yourself as you are.  Pledge to yourself that you're going to work on those areas you're afraid of daily.

Everybody started from somewhere. Nobody started from the blues. When you make mistakes, remember nobody is perfect. Don't condemn yourself prematurely. When you fall, rise and try again.

Fear leads to procrastination. Don't push what you can handle today for tomorrow. You may never have the opportunity to handle it. It may become bigger than you expect. Then it will be too late, then regret will fill your heart.  You'll regret the things you didn't do than the things you did. Now is the time; do it.

If you face your fears daily, one day you'll not find them. One day you'll be grateful that you took a step.

Invest more time in studying materials on how to handle the things that scare you, then practice them. The more you practice, the more confident you will become.

Align yourself with people on the same path as you. This will serve as a great encouragement to you. As they succeed, you'll have hope of succeeding too.

Pray hard on your dreams, study the Word, start your day by reading something positive. You attract what you think, so try to think good things and you'll attract good things.

Your fears will hinder your progress if you don't fight back. "The best revenge is massive success"
