One of Dr Cosmos Maduka's mentees, Dr Ugochukuwu Stanley rose to become one of the youngest billionaires in Nigeria. What did he do differently?

In 1895, Vilfredo Pareto sought to know the  distribution of wealth  in Italy . This led him to research more. He discovered that 80% of Italy’s wealth was owned by 20% of the population. He then extended his research to many more countries and discovered the same pattern.

Many things can hinder us from achieving our goals if we do not stay guarded. After reading this post, I'll like you to share with me other things that can prevent one from achieving his or her goals. Let's jump right in:

  I attended a workshop sometime last year on Local Education Sectoral Operational plan organised by UNICEF and learnt many strategies on how to get many tasks done at their appropriate time. Stick with me as I take you through getting your tasks done.

An action plan is a detailed document where all the steps to be taken to achieve a specific goal is spelt out.

It is often said, "a goal without a plan is just a wish". And of course, we should have known by now that goals do not work by wishful thinking.

One of my goals this year is to write extensively on goal setting. When Leader Mute Efe initiated the " #12weekchallenge ", I saw it as a great opportunity. As little as the registration fee was, I did not have it. In fact, that period was the driest since this year began.

A story was told of a man who found gold in a certain place. He spent all his day gathering them and decided to lodge in a hotel to pass the night. He said in his heart, "By this time tomorrow, I'll be a wealthy man".

Since the day my touch screen phone fell off and went completely blank a day to an important event and made me spend an impromptu 15,000 naira, it has never fallen off my hands again.
