In everything in life, we need wisdom. To handle issues we need wisdom. And wisdom comes from God. Wisdom simply means when to talk and when to hold your lips... When to act and when to hold your peace.
Little Johnny plays around and won’t want to study. You’ve advised him all the time but to no avail. You call him one day and begin to tell him a story about your life. Just a minute Johnny I want to tell you a story. Who doesn’t like story? He runs hard to come and hear what you have for him.
One of the most wonderful thing God made was rest in the form of sleep. Without sleep, our vital organs will deteriorate and function less. Sleep helps the body system and the mind to be refreshed, repaired and smart. They are so many health benefits of a good sleep. I’ll talk about that in another post.
