Peanut butter is a very wonderful recipe that can be used in combination with foods like bread, different sandwiches, kolanuts and garden egg. In Nigeria, it is normally served on special occasions.
Ingredients
2 cups of PeanutCrayfish to taste
Maggi
Sugar or ( Honey)
Salt
Pepper to taste
Method
Wash the peanuts and dry them under the sun
Get a frying pan and rust them
Remove the peels
Add pepper and crayfish
Turn them into a blender and grind until a consistent slurry paste is formed. You will notice a shiny nature of the paste at the top due to the oil.
Remove the mixture from the blender and add little amount of salt, add maggi, to taste or sugar or honey to taste. I normally use maggi.
Stir to completely mix.
Turn into an airtight container for use
