DIY Air Freshener

Some times bad smells are inevitable no matter how we try to get rid of them. In times like this, one need to find other alternatives of purifying the environment in which one lives. Air freshener is a ready chemical that is used to neutralise bad odour in the environment. Not only does it remove bad odour, its fragrance replaces the bad odour making the environment worth living and inhabiting.

Everybody likes to walk into an environment that smells sweet which is the direct opposite of nobody likes to walk in an environment that smells fowl. With simple and cheap materials, homemade air freshener can be made.

Below are two simple methods of making air freshener. one is the made of methanol while the other is made of baking soda.

Ingredients

Methanol 1 rob bottle

Industrial Camphor very little

Water soluble colour to taste

Strawberry fragrance 1 rob bottle

Ambipure fragrance1 rob bottle
Colour

I litre of water

Method

 Dissolve the methanol into the water and add colour

The industrial Camphor

The strawberry perfume and ambipure perfume together( you can also use any perfume of your choice)

Put into a container for sale.



Using Baking soda
Procedure

Baking soda has been used as a natural deodorizer for years, usually in your fridge to deodorize smells that's why it's the ideal ingredient for healthy, eco-friendly, budget-friendly air fresheners.

Add 90g of baking into a jar
add 20ml of essential oil  then stir with spoon to  to mix
add 1 liter of water and the turn in to your spray bottle
You can use more than one essential oil to have a stronger scent
