Peanut milk is a non-dairy beverage created using peanuts and water. Recipe variations include salt, sweeteners, and grains. It does not contain any lactose and is therefore suitable for people with lactose intolerance and for vegans.
Ingredient
Raw Peanuts (Groundnuts)Cool water
Vanilla extract ( optional)
Sugar ( optional)
Method
Soak peeled raw groundnut (peanut) over the night and then rinse and turn it into a blender. While blending add water to enable the blender grind the content well and for the blades to move freely
Add Vanilla extract and sugar
Get a sieve and filter the content. While filtering add more water to enable the extract to completely be extracted.
You can boil if your like.
Store in the refrigerator and serve when chill
