"I fear not the man who has practiced 10,000 kicks once, but I fear the man who has practiced one kick 10,000 times".Bruce Lee
Have you ever wondered why most patients with critical conditions are referred to a specialist hospital and not to a general hospital?
You can not succeed faster when you are every where, doing so many things at a time. In fact, dabbling into many skills and multitasking will land you into more confusion.
You hear of this one today, you are there. You hear of another one tomorrow, you are also there. While being everywhere will make you think you are smart, it is a great waster.
We have limited time, energy and resources. It won't be nice to channel all these to fruitless adventures.
One of the major reasons why most people do not complete their projects all the time is carrying more than they can chew.
It takes time to make impact in a particular skill. Dabbling into many skills at once will take you forever to make impact. Trying to be the best at everything will either bring you to average or down to zero.
In order for you to hit your target, you have to focus on one thing at a time and complete it. Make mastery of it, be compensated for it, then move to another project.
Gain expertise in one skill until you start receiving enormous rewards from it, then stack another one on top of it.
